Dr Bharat Thacker

Dr Bharat Thacker is an experienced General Practitioner who has been caring for patients for over 30 years. He qualified from the University of Glasgow in 1989 and has worked in general practice since 1994.

Over the course of his career, Dr Thacker has supported patients with a wide range of health concerns, from everyday health issues to the ongoing management of long-term conditions. His clinical experience also includes minor surgery, joint injections and family planning.

Dr Thacker values getting to know his patients and providing continuity of care, taking the time to understand their individual concerns and wider health needs.

He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and holds a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, as well as additional qualifications in family planning. He also has experience mentoring medical students and junior doctors.

With more than three decades in general practice, Dr Thacker brings extensive clinical experience and a broad understanding of patient health to his consultations.
